You must arrive at our booking hut, Castle Square, Tenby Harbour at least 20 minutes before the start of your trip. Our trips run to a strict timetable and it is essential that you are on time for your trip, we cannot wait for you. If you are late for your trip and the boat has left without you, this will be treated as a late cancellation and you will not be entitled to a refund.

In the event of not reaching the minimum guest number per trip, it may be necessary to move your booking on to the next trip. If the start time of the trip is greater than 30 minutes, and is not suitable for you, then a full refund will be given. Any changes made by us to your trip of 30 minutes or less, are deemed to still be within the booking time and the booking will still apply.

We have a zero tolerance policy to anti-social behaviour. Any guest behaving in a way that makes the skipper or other guests feel uncomfortable, threatened, or is behaving in a dangerous manner will be asked to vacate the boat, in this instance they will not be entitled to a refund. The Skipper has the final say on who they will take aboard their vessel.
